About Jolene Langelle

I started my real estate career in 2006 at my mom’s Royal LePage office in Wetaskiwin. Growing up around the industry and watching the relationships she built with her clients shaped how I approach my own business today. Early on, I learned that real estate is not just about properties — it is about people, emotions, and major life moments.

Six years in a small town market taught me that relationships and reputation matter more than market size. When I moved back to Edmonton in 2012, I brought those fundamentals with me, and that is how I have built a solo practice helping 50–60 families move each year across Southwest Edmonton communities including Ambleside, Windermere, Terwillegar, Magrath, MacTaggart and beyond.

I intentionally work both sides of the market because I believe you cannot be an effective listing agent without understanding what buyers actually experience when viewing homes — and vice versa. After 14 years living in Ambleside and now calling Magrath home, I bring both professional expertise and real life knowledge of Southwest Edmonton’s lifestyle, amenities, and community dynamics to every move.
